We got this in the office mail (as usual, click for larger):
It's a self-adhesive meter label on a UO89 33-cent official stamped envelope. There's another stamp under the label, too, but I obviously can't tell what it is.
That would be considered an M9(D) variety postage meter according to the International Postage Meter Stamp Catalog. The last variety of that type meter to be used.
