Washington 2 Cents 1922.

Have this 2 Washington 2 cents stamps on 2 diffrent covers with both postmark reading 1922.The one in the first image has the picture border line on the left side of the stamp continious from the top stamp to the bottom and the white borders are pinkish.The 2nd image stamp has a red line above the top of the first stamp which is imperf on top.The colurs of both sets of stamp varies as the 1st set of stamp is darker than the 2nd set.Is this anything out of the ordinary or are they normal.Opinions will be much appreciated.Thanks

Hi

In the 2nd image (2 cts. vertical pair), I think is a "straight edge" : is a stamp from the top margin of the bottom panes of the sheet.
