Harry E. Graetz passed away yesterday at his home in Overland Park Ks. at the age of 84 .

Sorry to hear that! Did you know him Floortrader? I'm afraid I did not...

Dealers (and stores) are going away... I really sucks that there are no local stamp dealers to speak of. Anyone know any dealers within driving distance from the Dallas Metroplex?!

Yes Harry was a friend of many years ,first I was a buyer of his stamps at shows ,then when meeting him at various stamp auctions .He always try to help me out by telling me what ever I was buying ,I was paying too much . Then when I bid against him ,and losing most of the time he told me that the lot was worth way more than what he paid ,The only time I got the guy pleased with me was when I picked up the tab for lunch . ......but I will miss him, a true friend over 45 years .
