A Celebration Of My 50 Posts And A Competition/Giveaway

Now I have hit my 50 posts, I'd like to run a little thank you competition/giveaway.

When I started collecting a few months ago, a friend of mine from Holland sent me a box of Dutch stamps. The box (including the stamps) weighs 1.9kg which is just over 4 pounds US I think. I am going to start sorting this lot over the next few weeks (might take a while)

The competition is...guess how many stamps are in the box :) The closest guess wins one of every duplicate in the box (I am guessing there will be a lot of dupes)

I doubt there will be anything of value, but I think this is a fun way of saying thanks for making me feel welcome here and for giving good advice when I've asked for it :)

I like counting things...the 12,423 jam jars in my garage are in need of a rinse, but I remain sure they will be useful in some forthcoming apocalypse (you can never have too many preserves)
