Hi All,
I was looking through my copy of Opinions II - PF's Inside View book and saw this paragraph from the "Gum: Original or Not?" paper. It seems to imply offset inking
UNDER gum indicates regumming. I'm not so sure ... most used flat plate stamps I have show offset gum on the paper (especially WF's). I would think offset marks occur when sheets are first printed and stacked before gumming. What do you think?
