Yesterday I read on another forum that one of our members,Galeoptix
passed away recently.
Rein participated and shared his knowledge on a number of forums.
Australian,Austrian, Argentinian, Swiss, German etc etc.
He was into all aspects of stamp production but Rein's specialty
was stamp papers and watermarks.
I learned a lot from him, even though I didn't always understand
some of his finer details.

Died : Krakow, Poland on June 18, 2021

RIP Here is Rein's website that has a lot of philatelic information on it which I just came across today while looking for something: http://www.galeoptix.nl/fila/druktech.htm(Perhaps someone who knows how to save websites and their information will be able to do so before anything is potentially lost.) |

I am reading as much as I can from his old posts. What I will miss the most is not being able to ask him any questions. |
