A two-masted dhow is shown on both the 35c (Sc #52) and the 1.25 shilling (Sc #56) values of Aden's 1953-9 QEII pictorial definitive series.

Here is the 5 fr value (Sc #135) from Guadeloupe's letterpress-printed, 1928-40 pictorial definitive series of 42 stamps. Stamp depicts sailboats in a harbor.

This January 18, 1983 8 p value (Sc #255) of Guernsey is from a set of five stamps commemorating the centenary of Boy's Brigade. Boy's Brigade is a Christian, uniformed youth organization founded in Glasgow, Scotland in 1883. Stamp depicts sailing, kayaking, and rowing activities.

On May 15, 1987 Guernsey issued this 15 p stamp (Sc #377) as a part of its 1984-91 "Bailiwick Views" pictorial definitive series. Two sailboats are shown on Havelet Bay, on the eastern coast of the island. The capital, Saint Peter Port is located at Havelet Bay.

Sailing is depicted on these two stamps from Nicaragua's July 15, 1949 "10th World Series of Amateur Baseball 1948" set of regular and airmail stamps. The 40c violet value is Scott #726, and the 5c aquamarine airmail stamp is Scott #C300.

On November 3, 1980 the Republic of South Africa (RSA) issued this 5c stamp commemorating the 50th anniversary of the National Gallery of Art in Capetown. Stamp depicts Dutch-English painter Willem van de Velde's (1633-1707) oil painting Ships at Sea.

From national gallery.org.uk, "Willem van de Velde was the leading Dutch marine painter of the later 17th century. His later paintings shaped the development of seascape painting in England in the 18th century."

This October 1, 1988 pictorial cancel of Schluchsee, Germany depicts a sailboat. Inscription on postmark says, "climatic health resort in the high Black Forest". Schluchsee has a small village (pop. 2989) and a lake.

From wikipedia, The Schluchsee is a reservoir lake in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald, in the Black Forest near Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. The Schluchsee with its height of 930 meters (3050 ft) above sea level, is the highest reservoir in Germany and also the largest lake in the Black Forest."

On November 2, 1976 Bahamas issued this 40c value (Sc #401) depicting a Bahamian sponge boat as a part of its 1971-8 QEII pictorial definitive series.

Here is another modern (January 11, 1984) German cancellation featuring sailboats. This duplex cancel of Ratzeburg features the images of two sailboats on the 'Ratzebuger See'/Lake Ratzeburg and a slogan stating, "Island city of Ratzeburg: climatic health resort of lakes and forests".

From wikipedia, "Ratzeburger See is a lake in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany...Amidst the lake is an island upon which the City of Ratzeburg is located, accessible from the mainland via three isthmuses."
