We are not a cliquey group, but it appears to possible new members that we are. This is what Bobby is trying to stop. As a long time member of Coin Community, I know what Bobby is refering to and I support him all the way. This is not a big issue really. Just follow the suggestions that have been already made, about the title of your thread, and problem solved. Steve  |

I'd have to agree, not because that's how I see it, but because I can imagine that that's how others may see it.
When you think of it, an "Att'n _______" titlehead seems to be exclusionist in nature, despite the fact that anyone can view it. It is only after one joins that one realizes that "real" personal messages can be sent by e-mail, and that these "Att'n" threads can be viewed by anyone. Perhaps this is not clear to prospective new members, especially those that may not be group savvy or even computer savvy. The bottom line is that because of a mistaken presumption, we may be letting a lot of people get away, and I am sure that that is the last thing anyone wants. |

Shortly after joining, I noticed the Attn: ****, which I considered to be a bit out of place but I never felt left out nor offended. Never the less, Bobby's concern is valid and I am in agreement with his decision and suggestions. They are not only appropriate, but very workable without nuking the family "feeling" that I like about this forum. Thanks Bobby

Great topicShould win the prize for the August topic of the month.  On A more serious note. I can understand the problem,we members know that we are not Cliquey, But new potential members may not.
