This entry on ebay I assume has to be a forgery. And if it existed, it would be #88 rather than the 69 and 78's he notes it to be.

There is a 14 day return, so I can probably buy it, then get it expertised, then return if not genuine
note the wording does not suggest it is a genuine, but strange error...
