So the first 4 stamps are Spain MR23-26. Does anyone know what the 30c stamp is, doesn't appear to be listed in Scott. Is it a fake, are they all fakes?

Opinion:
look genuine to me.
Stanley Gibbons Europe and colonies (1965) only list the 5c and the 20c
Curious about the purple Pmks.

This link explains the use of the 5c not the other values.

These are from a very long set of revenue stamps listed in Forbin as "Impuesto de Guerra" (war tax) #45-#71.

The first nine values are black like these with the rest (1 to 40 pesos) in the same design in blue.

SG currently lists the 5c to 20c as war tax stamps, SG W292-W296 and notes that the higher values to 40 pesos were for fiscal use.

Of course they were all for fiscal use. It's just that the first four were used as postal tax stamps so they get listed in SG and Scott.

Spain.
Privately made stationery, Madrid to Seville.
Small Madrid CDS (circular date stamp)
Aboard are a Sc# 214 10c King Alfonso 12th postage stamp, and the obligatory Sc# MR3 5c War tax stamp.

Guess : to support the 3rd Royalist Civil War.

Stationery : Private embossed cover "VIUDA DE ARANAT" (Widow of Aranat?)

Contents suggests a very large order of porcelain ?

Addressed to PICKMAN Y CIA Seville.

Background to Pickman, Seville:
