British Morocco Unlisted In Sg As Well As Scott Overpint 5c On //2 With Wm Sg#100 Or Scott Wm 33

Could you please help me with this stamp with unusual WaterMark
I could not find it in both catalogs SG and Scott.
Attached stamp (1912 issue) with morocco overprint has Scott Wm33 or Wm 100 in SG
But According both of catalogs the stamp with OVERPRINT(f)
"Morocco agencies 5 centimos " must has WM 35 or SG WM 111
Is it mistake in both catalogs or something an other?

Maybe you should have another try at identifying this stamp. It is a highly common French currency overprint on the 1/2d Mackennal with Royal Cipher watermark, SG192.

If you look carefully, it says centimes and not centimos.

Also, as I said before, there is no "SG watermark 111." The number shown below the watermark is specific for a catalogue. Not every SG catalogue uses the same numbers. Please describe the watermark.
