New AP Article Series - Classic Stamps

Just wanted to start a thread gauging the reaction to the new AP series regarding classic stamps. This month's AP included the first iteration and was about 2 pages focusing on the first issues of Thailand (SC 1-5). The article will focus on 19th century stamps and is written by a young Englishman. I for one enjoyed the first article and welcome the addition to the AP. There was some good information included and it was just enough to scratch the surface.

Seeing what others think about it.

I agree with the OP. I like articles like this a whole lot better than the one on Superheroes in the same issue. Keep up the good work Jay!

I just received my first two issues of the AP Mag and agree, there are some well written and interesting columns and articles in there. Far nicer than sifting through Linn's to find something of interest. Perhaps not of "the definitive research" type, but that's not likely in a monthly intended for a diverse audience. I am pleasantly surprised/pleased. John
