I wrote an article on that series in 2013 and I was recently asked to prepare an update for early next year!

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread. I have accumulated a number of these issues while pursuing the study of Belgian Railway/Parcel Post/Telegraph cancels. This seems like an interesting area of study and a good use for my microscope!
