I like this thread so I wanted to add something to bump it back to the top.

Nothing too special, but I just added this 651 to my collection this morning from an eBay lot. I don't know why that spot has been empty so long. If I'm not mistaken, this is the first US stamp issued in this size. I like it!

That's a beauty but I think Airmail #C11 beat it by a year (1928)

Please to have been able to obtain a set of the early NZ Airmail stamps at a reasonable price for my collection. First three issued in 1931. Then a green 'provisional' overprint also in 1931, with a blue Trans Tasman stamp issued in 1934. All of these as you can see were of the same design.

Then in 1935 NZ issued a completely new design for a set of three airmail stamps. Pleased to have all of these in my collection as scanned.

Beautiful stuff especially both the green Guatemala C61a and my favorite the US Scott #10! someone mentioned the Carrol Chase reference book. What a wonderful collection he had eh? I can loom over that collection and all that reference material of his forever!

I picked this one up last month at the APS Stamp Store. It's not a perfect copy, but it is better than the empty hole that was there before!

Just picked up a Heritage Collection album. It mostly consists of mint stamps from the 20's and 30's, which is perfect to fill some holes in my collection. I'd say it's only about 30-40% complete for the time frame, but it was a good price. Here are some samples of the wares. Sorry for the glare on the photos. Also came with the full set of the Lexington-Concord issue, both discovery of Hawaii issues, and some imperf Farley's Follies.

Picked this up from a James McCusker auction this past week... Or I should say I sent the check off for it this week, I haven't gotten it in hand yet.

Just got this #120 today.
It has some faults but I like the centering and it finally completes the set.

Got a chance to pick up some early French Andorra issues. Had to keep my eye on my wallet as there were lots of tempting items, but got to start filling up some empty spots in my French Andorra stock-book/album
