Here's some American labels.

Something about disabled Pilgrims? (kidding, of course)

Drunk driving is not a new phenom.

Don't know what Proposition 14 was. Anyone have knowledge of early 60s elections?

And, just getting along.

This isn't mine, but I have been fascinated by this old-timer. It not only promotes driving safety, but railroad crossing safety, too:

Upon further research, the above poster stamp was originally taken from this poster:

And for those of you who may not know, the artwork is from Day Lowry, an artist who was a noted cachetmaker (Aristocrat Cachets) back in the day:

Some I got for relatives as Christmas gifts...

I put them in frames like this and they make lovely little pieces of art to put on a desk, shelf, etc.

Just bought today (very cheap, indeed!). I've no idea of what they are. The first one, shows Unesco headquarters in Paris and the second one UN in New York; I don't know nothing else about. Any ideas?

Panda bear's "American Moron" appears to be from a booklet pane. I would like to see the rest of the series.

Cursus, these are post WWII fund-raising stamps issued by UNESCO. Many countries and different designs make these a nice little side collection. All were issued in booklets with and without selvedge inscriptions.

Good explanation here:

Hope this helps.

If you mean Cinderellas - perhaps around 10 years. Other stamps - much, much longer.

If you have an interest in Cinderellas there is also a dedicated forum for the - http://cinderellastampsforum.com where you can find good info.
